Small Group Coaching

This is an excellent option for friends, families or co-workers who want to get healthy together. Groups based on specific needs (digestive health, hormone balance, detoxification, weight loss, and more). Group size is small with 5-8 participants. You will receive customized meal plans, shopping lists, and nutrition recommendations based on your goals.

We meet on live Zoom calls once a week for 4 weeks to cover specific topics (depending on the group's needs), discuss and review goals and progress, and share wins and struggles.


Group Workshops

This service includes a 60 minute workshop on the subject of your choice plus a 30 minute Q and A.

Each attendee receives a guide to eating whole foods, shopping guides, recommendations based on the topic.
