How It Works

The 4-Step Process to Creating a Customized Plan Unique to You that is Sustainable and Supports Your Goals. 


Unlike other programs where you jump straight into a diet of yes & no food lists or a strict meal plan to follow, we’re going to take some time to actually evaluate what got you here and why you’re feeling the way you do now. This will start to give us insight into what we need to prioritize and what areas of your body need the most support.


Next we’ll move into establishing the foundations, starting with your nutrition. You’ll learn about exactly what foods to focus on (hint: it’s not sad salads and chicken breast), how to find your calorie needs, how to build your plate, when to eat, and really start to eliminate cravings & fatigue by balancing your blood sugar. We focus on nourishment and what to add in, rather than eliminating more and unnecessary restrictions.


Once we are consistent enough with the foundations and start to figure out what works, we can start to customize even more. This is where we add in necessary supplement support and focus more specifically on areas like repairing digestion and gut health, improving your cycle and hormones, supporting your adrenals and stress resilience, and really optimizing your metabolism.


I’ll give you the tools and guidance so you’ll know what to do no matter what season of life you're in and feel confident and consistent in your choices. We'll make sure that what you're doing feels enjoyable, simple, & easy to maintain long term.

My 1:1 coaching programs are customized to help you reach your goals in a way that is healthy, sustainable, & enjoyable. We'll work together to identify and address the root causes of your symptoms like low energy, weight gain, digestive issues, & hormone imbalances so that we can develop a unique plan of action that includes nutrition, lifestyle, & supplement recommendations.

  • One (1) 60-minute Initial Consult to do a deep dive into your health history, symptoms, current lifestyle, goals, and relationship with food
  • 30-minute follow up session sessions scheduled every other week to check in with your plan, progress, accountability (via phone or Zoom)
  • Personalized nutrition and lifestyle action plan based on your goals, symptoms, lab testing, metabolic and hormonal health, and personal preferences that you can carry it out for the long term
  • Food and lifestyle feedback to adjust your plan and customize it even further
  • Handouts, recipes, menus, checklists, and resources to help you progress, learn, and take action
  • Library of client-only video lessons to help you learn & implement between sessions
  • Supplement recommendations as necessary based on your symptoms, goals, and lab testing
  • Ongoing private messaging support & check-ins through the Better app between sessions
  • Additional community support and group coaching calls inside a private, client-only Facebook group
